What We Do
We specialize in the design, implementation and commercialization of innovative devices for digital and additive manufacturing. We work on a wide range of solutions for processing polymeric materials, with a particular focus on post-processing.
Our first product to market was a breakthrough in the post-processing of parts produced by additive manufacturing technologies. Thanks to our patented process, the 3DFinisher makes it possible to produce waterproof and impact-resistant plastic objects that can be used immediately as finished products, eliminating the need for complex and expensive post-processing.

If you are a mechanical, electronic, or chemical engineer with design experience and a strong passion for innovation, 3dnextech is the place for you. We are seeking creative problem solvers who can think outside the box and turn visionary ideas into concrete realities.
In particular, we are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to actively contribute to the design of new products and the optimization of existing devices.
What you will do
- Conceptualize and design state-of-the-art mechanical components for our devices
- Produce 3D drawings, prototypes, and validation tests
- Analyze test data and give feedback to continually improve products
- Prepare detailed technical documentation of the designs and development processes
- Collaborate with the team to optimize design processes
- Interface with suppliers to procure components and semi-finished products
- Be willing to travel occasionally for collaborations and training
Background ideale
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical degree with equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mechanical design applied to manufacturing or R&D
- Working knowledge of CAD software and prototyping techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for innovation and process improvement
- Excellent Italian and English language skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics and computer science a plus
